Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why

Newsletter signup (email address, and the profile you select: investor, distributor/retailer, producer/cooperative, brand, press, or other): used to send the newsletter and to understand, in general terms, who reads it. Based on your consent, given when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Partners contact form (name, email, profile, and the message you write): used only to respond to your inquiry. Based on your consent, given when you submit the form.

We do not collect any other personal data. This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own beyond what Cloudflare, our network provider, requires for basic security (see "Cookies" below).

Who else sees this data

Newsletter signups are processed by Kit (creator of the Kit email platform, based in the United States), which sends the newsletter on our behalf. Data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, under the safeguards required by GDPR for this kind of transfer. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data is kept for as long as you stay subscribed, and deleted shortly after you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy of it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France's data protection authority) if you believe your rights aren't being respected.

Cookies

This site itself does not set tracking or analytics cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers this site and protects it against abuse, may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for that purpose.
